I’ve been looking where the commission on federal buildings gave the ok for this and also please show me where the $ came from to build on our property ? Congress voted on this WHY
Trump and his minions are an abomination. They are attempting to destroy what is an excellent, if somewhat flawed, country. They must be stopped. (I am 87 and would like to see the USA survive at least as long as me.)
Someone needs to get a restraining order preventing further destruction of the White House east wing! BTW has ICE checked the status of everyone working on this project and other properties that Trump seems to have an interest in or are they only targeting people and areas that don't support Trump's authoritarian take over?
"The ceasefire, initiated on October 10, has already seen violations and stalled hostage-body exchanges, and the main sticking point remains whether Hamas will disarm and whether Gaza’s governance will be restructured." - this is a mischaracterization, it was Israel that violated the ceasefire (as they always do) and whatever remains of Hamas is only engaging in self-defense at this point.
Nothing says, “Let them eat cake” like tearing down the East Wing of the White House to build a gilded ballroom funded by corporations and billionaires.
