There’s a word for what we’re living through right now: lawless.
Under the Trump administration, the rule of law has become optional—applied to his enemies, ignored for his allies, and manipulated in his favor. Most people know it’s wrong, but they don’t know what to do about it. That ends now.
We need to take our country back.
Taking our country back doesn’t mean strongly worded statements or tweets. It doesn’t mean censuring or holding people in contempt. Those things mean nothing. It means putting people in jail. It means changing laws so no strongman can take advantage of loopholes or just flat out ignore the law. It means kicking Republicans out of office and never giving them the majority again.
So here are six ways we can take our country back.
